Creator Rewards Program

2.1 Content Requirements

To earn Creator Rewards, each qualifying video must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Hashtag: Include #onlyskillsapp in the video caption
2. Referral Link: Include your unique OnlySkills referral link in your TikTok bio
3. Content Mention: The video itself must mention, feature, or reference OnlySkills in some way (e.g., review, tutorial, casual mention, screen recording)

Simply adding the hashtag to unrelated content without any reference to OnlySkills in the video does not qualify.

2.2 Earnings Calculation

• The current rate is up to $0.50 per 100 qualifying views
• Earnings are calculated based on views tracked through the TikTok API on qualifying videos only
• This rate is an estimate and not a guarantee. Actual earnings may vary based on factors including but not limited to: view verification, content quality, geographic distribution, and available program budget
• OnlySkills reserves the right to adjust the rate at any time with reasonable notice

2.3 Disqualification

A video is permanently disqualified from earning rewards if:

• The #onlyskillsapp hashtag is removed from the caption after posting
• Your referral link is removed from your TikTok bio
• The video is found to contain misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Views are determined to be artificially inflated (bots, view farms, engagement pods, etc.)
• The video violates TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

3.1 Account Balance

All Creator Rewards earnings are credited to your OnlySkills account balance. Your balance is visible in the app.

3.2 Minimum Payout Threshold

You must accumulate a minimum balance of $50.00 before requesting a payout. OnlySkills reserves the right to adjust this threshold.

3.3 Payment Processing

• Payouts are processed within 21 business days of an approved request
• Payments are made via the payment method(s) available in the app
• OnlySkills is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors

3.4 Forfeiture

Earned but unpaid balances may be forfeited if:

• Your account is terminated for violation of these Program Terms or the Terms of Service
• Your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months
• Earnings are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create. By participating in the Program, you grant OnlySkills a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reference your participation (e.g., "X creators are earning with OnlySkills") in marketing materials, without reproducing your content.

4.2 FTC Disclosure

When sharing content that promotes OnlySkills, you are responsible for complying with applicable advertising disclosure requirements, including the FTC Endorsement Guides. This includes clearly disclosing your material connection to OnlySkills (e.g., using #ad or #sponsored).

4.3 No Implied Endorsement

OnlySkills is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. You may not represent or imply that your participation in the Program constitutes an endorsement by TikTok.

7.1 Changes to the Program

OnlySkills may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program (or any part of it) at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

7.2 Termination

Either party may end participation at any time:

• You: Disconnect your TikTok account in the app settings
• OnlySkills: May suspend or terminate your participation for any violation of these Program Terms, with or without notice

Upon termination, pending qualifying earnings will be paid out per Section 3, unless termination was due to fraud or material violation.
